Delivery & Returns


DELIVERY

Delivery is carried out by courier within a maximum of 5 working days from the successful placement of the order, to the address specified by the buyer. In case of Force Majeure events or periods of high volume (sales, public holidays), delays may occur. Deliveries are made only on working days, between 9 AM and 6 PM. Please ensure the address provided is one where someone is available to receive the package during this time window.

RETURN POLICY

In accordance with applicable legislation, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason.

Important conditions and limitations apply to returns placed through OG Eastbull Shop:

All return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, regardless of the reason, except in the case of defective or wrong products.

For orders below 500 lei, a handling and processing fee of 30 lei will be deducted from the refund amount. This represents the cost of logistics, inspection, and administrative processing.

Returns are only accepted if the product is in unused condition, in the original packaging, with intact tags, labels, and documents. Products that show any sign of wear, washing, damage, or missing packaging will be rejected or refunded with a restocking fee of up to 50%, depending on the condition assessed by our team.

The return process must be initiated by filling out the Return Form available at [return.ogeastbull.shop] and submitting it within 14 days of receiving the product. Any return sent without prior written notice and without an approved Return Form will not be accepted.

All returns must be shipped via a courier company (e.g., FAN Courier, Urgent-Cargus, GLS, Nemo Express). Return packages shipped through unapproved methods may be refused.

If a product is to be exchanged (e.g., for another size or model), the customer pays the return courier fee, while the seller will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product (one-time only).

If the exchange product is more expensive, the customer will pay the price difference upon delivery (cash on delivery).

Refunds are processed exclusively by bank transfer, within 14 calendar days from the acceptance of the returned product, to the IBAN provided in the Return Form. We do not issue refunds in cash or to other methods.

In the case of products that are defective or incorrectly delivered, the buyer must notify OG Eastbull Shop within 72 hours from receiving the parcel. If the package shows visible damage upon delivery, we recommend refusing acceptance and requesting a damage report from the courier.

Products from the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

 - Items marked as "Final Sale" or discounted over 50%

 - Personalized products (custom prints or adjustments)

 - Items worn or tried directly on skin
